Shipping policy

Order Processing: Order are processed within 2-4 working days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holiday unless pay a fee for express deliveries.

Shipping Times: 

United Kingdom: 5-15 business days.

Europe: 5-15 business days.

International: 10-18 business days.

Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the weight of your order and the shipping method selected.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.

Shipping Delays: Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be delayed due customs, courier issues or high demand.

Incorrect Addresses: If a costumer provides an incorrect shipping address, we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong location.
